Reservation and Cancellations
When making reservations, 710 Excursions requires a $100 deposit. Cancellations or changes to the size of your party must be made a minimum of 3 hours prior to the event. In some cases, we require 24 hour notice (the 24 hour cancellation policy will be clearly stated at the time of reservation). Failure to cancel or change reservations will result in a loss of deposit.
On the rare occasion that 710 Excursions needs to cancel an event due to unseen circumstances such as animal health or weather conditions, we will call to cancel a minimum of 3 hours before the event. We will then reschedule or return deposit to client.
